Yes. If a product is listed and available to purchase, it is physically in stock and ready to be ordered.

If a product is marked Sold Out, it is currently unavailable.

Most sold-out models may not be restocked, particularly when they are difficult to source or no longer readily available.

That said, never say never. If there is enough interest in a particular model, we'll always try to source it again where possible. However, restocks cannot be guaranteed.

Apex Diecasts is currently focused on offering products that are physically available and ready to purchase. However, pre-orders are something we plan to introduce as the business grows.

Apex Diecasts may occasionally offer diecasts from previous years, and the relevant product listing will clearly reflect their condition and details.

Packaging is designed with collectors in mind and aims to protect both the collectible and its original packaging during transit.

Depending on the product, orders may be protected using:

• Bubble wrap
• Handcrafted cardboard backings for blister-packaged models
• Honeycomb paper
• Additional paper and cardboard to prevent movement inside the shipping box

We pack the shipping box firmly to help prevent items from rattling during transit and to provide additional resistance against crushing. Once sealed, the outer box is also wrapped in film to help protect it from moisture during transit.

Every order is packed with care because we understand that the packaging can matter just as much as the collectible inside.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and the available service for your location.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your order.

Apex Diecasts ships across India through our delivery partner, Delhivery, subject to serviceability at your delivery location.

Orders can be cancelled within two hours of being placed. After this period, packaging and order processing may begin, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Changes to an order are not allowed once the order has been placed.

Returns are not accepted for a change of mind.

However, assistance may be available if an item arrives damaged while the outer shipping package remains intact, or if you receive an incorrect item.

For damage-related concerns, the required evidence, including a continuous and unedited unboxing video, must be available for review.

Payments are processed during Shopify checkout, powered by Razorpay.

After successfully completing your purchase, you should receive confirmation through the checkout process and/or by email.

You can also check your order history to confirm that your order has been successfully placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow its journey.

We also keep an eye on shipments to help ensure that orders are progressing towards delivery. Delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by delays at the carrier's end.
