PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment Methods
Apex Diecasts offers multiple prepaid payment options through our Shopify checkout, powered by Razorpay.
Available payment methods include:
- UPI
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
Simply choose your preferred available payment method during checkout to complete your purchase.
Payment Processing
Payments for orders placed on Apex Diecasts are processed through Razorpay during the Shopify checkout process.
Once your payment is successfully completed, your order should be confirmed through the checkout process and/or by email.
Payment Issues or Pending Orders
If a payment is unsuccessful or remains incomplete, you may retry the payment.
Orders with incomplete payment may be held for up to 10 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.
Because some collectibles are available in limited quantities, an unpaid order may be cancelled if the item is purchased by another customer or can no longer be reserved.
Order Confirmation
After successfully completing payment, you should receive confirmation of your order through the checkout process and/or by email.
If you do not immediately see an order confirmation, you may also check your order history.

Pricing & Shipping Charges
The price of each item is displayed on its product page.
Where applicable, shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout after you provide your delivery details.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
