The 1994 NISMO 270R represents a landmark moment in NISMO history—the very first complete road car developed by Nissan’s motorsport division. Based on the S14 Silvia K’s, NISMO transformed the already capable rear-wheel-drive coupe with a tuned 2.0L SR20DET producing 270 hp, upgraded drivetrain, suspension, brakes, cooling and bespoke NISMO aero. Created to celebrate NISMO’s 10th anniversary, the 270R was offered exclusively in black and limited to just 30 examples, making the real car an exceptionally rare piece of Japanese performance history.

The Hot Wheels Car Culture: Modern Classics release brings this obscure Japanese legend to 1:64, complete with its signature black finish, NISMO 270R graphics and premium Real Riders wheels. For collectors, this is more than another S14—it represents the beginning of NISMO’s celebrated line of complete performance cars, a lineage that would later produce icons such as the NISMO 400R.
